1. Introduction
The power source and an engine which provides a driving force and fuel to the body is energy, which is not lost but, maintained by exertion and usage. The breakage of intake food and absorption of minerals provide the energy to our body cells for doing metabolic activities, thus food is important. According to the Newton law of motion, our body was planned to be in motion, when we are in an apparent motion, body provides energy to carry out its activities which can be metabolic, physical and mental etc. These motions if not there, can create energy imbalance which would result in shutdown of activities. Xanthosine acts as a substrate and is converted into caeffine .Howeever, in the minor route, xanthosine is converted into xanthine which is follwed by the caeffine degradation into NH3 and CO2 as shown by the purine catabolism pathway. 1.3 The science of Coffee, tea and energy drinks
Caeffine is the major ingrediant of coffee, tea and energy drinks but there are some other components in these beverages that play a side role with caeffine. Looking the chemistry of coffee , tea and energy drinks, besides caffiene, other the chemical composition of ingredients have been found in these drinks.

 It has an alkaloid which is Trigonelline which is responsible for giving aromas of sweet caramel by broken down into aromatic compounds pyridines.
