When a person goes to a store, they will find unlimited supply of products, such as vegetables, meat and grains. Consumers expect supermarkets to carry produce and meat year-round. Most agriculture have seasons, but the food industry has found a way to modify them to make the supply constant; this tactic is also used in meat production. Because of the consumers high demand, the food industry views animals, such as cows, chickens, and pigs as a product, and consequently other corporations are now seeing workers as machines.
The food industry objectifies animals by using unnatural means to create a stock for the mass production of their product. Many food corporates will do whatever is necessary to supply the demand of the consumer. Joe Salatin,
