When the Olympic games were held only unmarried men were allowed to join. Over time the games became more political and people started competing for rewards then honor. Over time that started to be a problem because countries started paying people to represent them. People started to bribe the judges as well and then that would be unfair because they would get a better score than everyone else. How time changed the Olympic games.
