How Is Walt Disney Impacted My Life

I was born on August 30th, 2002 in Albuquerque, New Mexico to Gregory and Merri Johnson. This impacted not only myself, but my parents and close family members around me. Without my birth, I wouldn’t be able to make the impact I am making today.

I went to Disneyland for the first time when I was two years old. This occurrence has made quite an impact on me. I basically grew up on Disney movies and go to Disneyland at least once a year! I look up to Walt Disney as an inspiration and reminder to never give up.

I started Kindergarten. I remember being so excited to go to school and make new friends. I loved school, and even wanted to be a teacher back then! My kindergarten teacher, Mrs. Prince, definitely impacted me with her helpful teachings and her fun snack times! …show more content…

Since I am the youngest of all my siblings, this definitely impacted me. I was no longer the baby of the family, and had to help care for a younger child. We are now very close, and we look so alike he could basically be my brother!

My niece Abby was born. By the time she was born however, I already had experience of being an aunt. Nevertheless, I was still greatly impacted by this event. I greatly enjoy spending time with her to this day and think of her as an adorable, but annoying, little sister.

I started middle school at James Monroe. This is when I truly started to ‘come of age’ because of all the responsibly I now had to take on. I was frightened at first, but soon started to get into the swing of things.

My sister invited me to attend Remix, a middle/high school ministry within Sagebrush. I had never been a religious person before this, so I really did ‘come of age’ during this time. My sister was a leader for a Remix ministry at a multi-site campus set up at Rio Rancho High School, and invited (well more like forced) me to come. I am forever grateful she invited me so I could become the person I am
