How School Length Affects School Performance

The average school day length in the United States of America is 6.5 to 8 hours average start of a school day is 7 to 8. But are the days to long? Do we start school too early? The National sleep foundation says that the natural tendencies of a teenager are to stay up late at night and wake up later in the morning. That leaves many kids sleep deprived, which can lower grades juristically and leave our minds foggier throughout the 8 hour school day.
School hours are so long, we spend more time throughout the year at school, rather than with our family. Don’t you think that is a bit unreasonable? School time length and start times can affect our school performance. It won’t only affect grades, though. They also say that it affects social behavior,
