General Labourer/Machinery Operator

KEY DUTIES & ACHIEVEMENTS:

• Contribute as part of a team to grind & seal polished concrete and prepare epoxy flooring systems.

• Prepare surfaces utilising stand up Husqvarna machinery, such as HTC 820, 680 & 450.

• Undertake manual preparation as required, utilising a range of hand grinders.

• Contribute to the polishing process at all stages from 20/30 cuts to 2500.

• Perform burnishing and sealing activities, working independently and as part of a team.

• Mix numerous different epoxy systems, including solvent and water based products and polyespardics.

• Maintain responsibility for installing locking lines, masking out and roll coating activities.

• Carry out broadcasting for flake floors and non-slip floors.

• Successfully completed demolition grinding utilising the HTC 820 unassisted.
