In Elie Wiesel 's Night, Wiesel tells the harsh realities he and his father had to face at the concentration camps. In 1944, a fifteen-year-old Wiesel is forced from his home and placed into concentration camps with his father. He deals with unimaginable acts of hatred, death and loss of faith. All of this causes Wiesel 's personality to change throughout the course book.
