How well did you accomplish the two goals you set in your introduction in week one? What were two or three things that had the greatest influence on the outcome of your goals? I did not accomplish my goal at all, it was hard to manage my time this class. I had pieces of work that was late. My daughter and grandson just recently moved in with us, so I was distracted. Working full-time, full-time school and a one-year-old living with us, I need some help and resources on how to manage my time better. However, my second goal on showing my kids not to give up and to continue your dreams is still going strong.

I will use this new knowledge to use my words to motivate, inform, and inspire a student to believe in themselves. I will go beyond the curriculum to offer different learning strategies and keep an observation of the children to document their development. To use cooperative work and an emotionally safe learning environment to weave in interpersonal and intrapersonal issues to help my students be more confident communicators.
How has this course helped you to see any additional career options you might have or reaffirmed your current path?
It has always been my dream to be in the educational field and be the person to always educate children and help children seek the right path in life. After taking this course, I believe it gave me useful information and skills that I will use in my classroom, with children that are struggling and trying to understand the concept. I would love nothing more than to do this and see all my dreams and hard work come to life.
Lastly, what is one thing you learned in this class that you feel is important but you need/want to learn more about as you continue your education
