NHS Social Media Chair Application, 741646 The National Honors Society has been the true mark of student achievement for over a century. The framework of NHS, the four pillars: scholarship, service, leadership, and character, brings a culture like no other of the best students in the school, and I'm personally so proud to say I'm an NHS member. I have upheld these pillars throughout my life through volunteer work with schools across CFISD and my community, and I hope to help others learn of these pillars through the officerial position of Social Media Chair. This class consists of working with local companies in the Cypress area and performing ALL social media marketing for them and their growing companies. For example, I single-handedly run the Black Horse Golf Course, Smart Drinks, and our very own Bridgeland Wrestling team’s social media accounts. Creating posts is just one of my job descriptions, as well as running analytics and understanding how to grow an account are all under the umbrella of things I do on a daily basis in my two-hour (block period) class. As you had mentioned before about gathering photos for posts, I have much experience in that category as well. I personally go out and gather photo content for companies, so I have much experience with all aspects of social media.
