1. Describe the application you selected and why.
The application I’ve selected is “Todoist: To-Do List, Task List” on Google Play (android). The reason I chose this application is because it has many useful functions and is simple to use. I’ve chosen this application because it has worked for me. Before when time management was a problem for me, I used similar apps to keep track of what I need to do everyday throughout the week. I found it to be extremely helpful for keeping everything together and felt more at ease knowing when to plan ahead. I believe this application can be very helpful to the client and a step to know how much the client improve. If the client feels more comfortable and is capable of completing more tasks in a day or week than before, the application works.

A strength of this approach in assisting an individual with behavior change is that the application has the option allow modifications when offline. This is a huge advantage since not everyone has mobile data when on the go. Connection to wi-fi is also not available everywhere. The widget feature is also nice, allowing users to quickly check off completed tasks without opening the app. The only limitation would be the bugs, where information such as dates and time does not sync for all devices and span users with abundant amount of emails.
4. Would you use this again? Why or why not? If I ever struggle with managing multiple tasks at once again, I would definitely use this application. However, the layout was not as user friendly as I originally thought, but the extra features made up for it. This is a good start to planning ahead and getting things done in a timely manner so that there is not as much stress to get everything done at
