The Lord of the Flies, a book written by William Golding, tells the story of a group of boys whose plane crashed, resulting in them being stranded on a deserted island. Throughout this book, William Golding displays that he holds a very different view of human nature. After reading this book, I believe that William Golding does not value human nature as much as other people do. Throughout this book, there was a lot of violence between humans. All of the people that were stranded were children, that means children were killing children. This book was set during the Cold War, which had a lot of fighting and violence. In the beginning of the book there was not a lot of human violence, however, there was some violence in the children killing
