Human Resource Strategy
Employees can be great assets to the company by selecting the right ones that fit for the mission and vision of the organization and by giving them the right training to hone their skills and abilities more. We will educate our employees about the goals of our organization, the policies that they have to follow and the values that we give importance to so that they will be aware that every work they are assigned to do is not merely to have their compensation collected afterwards but have great positive effect and is a step closer in aiming the goals of the organization. Applicants should be able to handle and manage stress well and to be able to keep a positive disposition especially when dilemmas arise and workload increases, since Coffee Plus wants to keep a positive ambience. The team will give situational interviews to the applicants to figure out how each of them would react in a certain events occurs. Behavioral observations of the applicants are to be followed throughout the interview.

Personal Character
The Coffee Plus team aims to hire people who have the qualities and characteristics that will best represent the company’s values and those who are beneficial in reaching our company’s goals. These people are those who are motivated and driven to fulfill tasks and duties given to them by the management. Potential employees should also have good values, attitude and principles towards work. Personal stories on how their values and principles lived are to be asked in the interview and verified through friends, relatives, colleagues, bosses and subordinates of the applicant.

The objective of this training is to give the trainees an opportunity to be familiar in the day-to-day operations of Coffee Plus. Throughout the training, the trainees will be supervised by the management.

On-going Training
The last part of the training process is a continuous training as the employees spends more time in Coffee Plus. The objective of this training is to hone their skills and abilities in order for them to grow and develop.

Recycling Coffee Plus will be open in giving its employees education and training opportunities out there job position. The management desires to have flexible and willing to learn employees. All employees will be invited in trainings provided by the suppliers of equipments in order to be familiarized and be able to operate in times of need. These trainings will be hands-on and formal trainings to give our staff opportunities to learn a different expertise outside their field and existing job requirements.
