I would like to be an FBLA officer because I want to help get underclassmen excited about the importance of FBLA. I want to be a role model for those younger than me, and I also think this experience would be very rewarding. I think the experience of being an officer would help me not only grow as a person but as a leader. I want to provide a positive and uplifting attitude to FBLA that will make others want to get involved within the organization and community. I think I would make a good leader because I can provide creative ideas along with incorporating teamwork within the organization. I will work hard at completing my tasks in this role as well as ask peers for feedback to help better myself and FBLA along the way. Although I haven't been as involved as I would like, I’ve attended pancake breakfasts and I went to Convoy of Hope this year. Next year, I would like to take on the challenge of becoming more involved and even persuading others to be involved. Along with helping this organization grow and allowing myself to grow. I think I should be chosen as an FBLA officer because I am passionate, as well as driven to be a good leader not only for the organization but for current and future members. As an officer I would like to create a fun and inviting atmosphere for freshman.I think we should invite these freshman to an event that would take place during the first few weeks of school. We can use this event to share what FBLA is about and why it is important to get involved before it's too late. Whether that is a BBQ, a back to school bash, etc. I think as a team of officers we should get together and decide what is going to help freshman and underclassmen to feel accepted and welcome. Not only has FBLA taught me to be more considerate and caring it has made me want to lend a hand in the Springfield
