There are three types of rigour to consider. Procedural rigour, analytical rigour and overall rigour. With procedural rigour, consider whether the researcher has clearly described the procedures used (i.e. collecting the data) in the research. For analytical rigour, consider whether inductive approach was used for data analysis and their findings were logically consistent and reflective of the data. As for overall rigour, primary concept is trustworthiness of the evidence collected.

One disadvantage that can possibly present by using qualitative method as focus groups. Researcher must ensure that all participants have an opportunity to voice their opinions and be heard within the group.
