• Labor union – professional practice advocates: goal is to voice collective opinions of the group of professionals, goal of improving circumstances for members, establishing a unified culture for a profession with a unified mentality.
• Day shift – night shift: Their patients, the success of the organization, having someone to come take over your assignment so you don’t have to work 24/7.
• Finance – nursing: An organization must have money/finances to hire and compensate nurses; nursing tasks make organizations money through patient care; quality of nursing care impacts the revenue stream
