Education is the crucial thing in this world. It carries the power to change everything to be better. As we know, the only immortal thing in our life is changing and education would surely enhances the effort to accomplish that mission. Changing the world through education means educating the people with sorts of knowledge. It also means to lead the people into the brighter perspective of life. According to that change, language plays a crucial role to support the people’s life. Language was originally applied as the media to communicate. But nowadays, language has taken the improved tier to assist the human’s life. Related to the sophistication, the use of language leads the people to improve and be able to compete the life internationally. Therefore, international language is critically needed. English is an international language, spoken in many countries both as a native and as a second or foreign language. English is taught as the subject in every school in this world. English is spoken habitually in the English-speaking countries like United States, the British Isles, Ireland, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the Republic of South Africa, Liberia, and many countries or territories under the United Kingdom and the United States of America. Through the program offered by North Bali Bilingual School which involves the students, inside and outside the classroom, it is believed that the students will achieve better competencies in English and also in the attitude matter.
