Maslow’s create eight lists of needs that an employee must try to have in the workplace. As he began to observe the hierarchy of needs, he saw this as a way of climbing up the ladder. The goal is to reach to the top of the hierarchy which this include transcendence . To keep this in mind, every employee should start from the physical level to transcendence. Since it is important to know about Maslow’s hierarchy of Needs, I can say that each individual’s person on the job must have to meet the requirements of humans needs in order to satisfied. Focusing on the Maslow’s hierarchy and human motivation, there are eight levels of needs: physical, security, belonging, esteem, learning, aesthetic, self-actualization, and finally transcendence. The first level of Maslow’s hierarchy is physical needs. In this level, physical needs are known as basic needs, and this may include hunger, thirst, sleep, and comfort. However, to understand what an employee basic needs are in the workplace this refer to pay and salary. Seeing your paycheck every two weeks is a must. In this world, the basic human needs of living: paying bills and utilize, paying rent, buying food and water, a place to live at home, clothes, and bed. If an employer paid them on the job, each of these individual’s employees would be satisfied at work. Move to the next level of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs would be security.
