The Contextual Project Work enables the student to view the learning concepts in the Real-life activities. As the student expresses their views and perspectives on the learned concepts it helps them to project their minds to what is new, what needs to be changed in their practice and what needs to be strengthened. It is a mind transformation method of learning that ensures the students understands all aspects of knowledge as they apply to different settings.

I do not encounter patients as a routine; and the health facilities do not have a system of electronic record keeping in place. I have only little exposure to EMR used only for HIV infected patients on ART care.

Concepts 2: Computer Technology, computer hardware and software and computer system.
Introduction: This concept all about description of the computer itself the components and their characteristics. The hardware is the physical part of the computer the software is the operating system. The computer system relates to the programs that can be assessed through the software.

As more platforms are developed to respond to care needs of patients, this will improve better response to patients.
Viewing it from the perspectives of consumers, it will be important to survey their views on each application and the issues of preferences will be attended to.
4.3 Application in current job:
The only exposure I have with electronic data collection is glucometers, electronic BP machines and Thermometers. I have not been in touch with any of the systems mentioned on this concept.
