Bush. His campaign was very dramatic, he barely won the Electoral College vote in 2000 and he was president during the 9/11 terrorist attack.
George Walker Bush was the first child of George Herbert Walker Bush and Barbara Pierce Bush. He was born on July 6, 1946, in New Haven, Connecticut. But the family didn't stay there long. When George Walker Bush was just two years old they family relocated to Midland, Texas. Midland, Texas was where the senior Bush gained a lot of wealth from an oil company. Although the family was well of George W. Bush attended a public school in Midland . At his school the young Bush got a reputation as a trouble maker. It is said in his final year at this public school which was 7th grade, he drew a mustache on his face during music class.

Bush’s life was not always so fun. When he was just seven years old his three year old sister Robin got diagnosed with leukemia. And died shortly before her fourth birthday. But Bush didn't know his sister died, until two years later. After his sister's death, George W. Bush became close to his mother. After seventh grade his family moved to Houston, Texas where he attended a school for a short period of time before he was sent east to attend Phillips Academy Andover, in Andover, Massachusetts.
