Specific Purpose: To inform the audience about what is cyber war, its dangers, and where it is heading to.
Central Idea: Recently a new type of war has entered the list of destruction which has been named as cyber war.
Introduction:
In June 1982, and in the middle of the cold war, an American satellite buzzed with a detection of an explosion in Siberia. It was not a missile, it was not a nuclear test, instead it was a blast in the Soviet gas pipeline; its cause was a malfunction in the computer control system that soviet spies have stolen from a company in Canada. Going back 10 years the world faced only four types of war: land, sea, air, and space. However, a new warfare has entered as a fifth and probably the strongest between them all: Cyberspace also known as the Cyber War.
A. Cyber war is the process of hacking enemy information in order to make attacks on their tactical or strategic resources for the purpose of sabotage and espionage.
1. Strategic and tactical resources are tangible resources such as guns, machines, weapons and intangible resources such as moralities, economic well-being.
2. According to Jim Lewis, head of the Center for Strategic and International Studies in Washington, “Cyber-sabotage is the biggest intelligence disaster since the loss of nuclear secrets”.

III. The new Cyber war also known as “Web War 1” has provoked many countries to start protecting themselves against any attack. NGO’s have also started negotiating between countries to prevent and danger.
A. A big reaction to the growing threat of cybercrimes has been military. Iran is claimed to have the world’s second largest cyber army. North Korea, Russia, and Israel have also started forming cyber armies.
B. In May 2010, the Pentagon started its new Cyber Command aka Cybercom headed by General Keith Alexander, the director of the National Security Agency. Moreover, Britain has also set up its “operations centre” which is equivalent to the NSA.
C. NATO and the European Union have made it clear that attacks in cyberspace will provoke a response. Countries are advised to negotiate treaties between them as in the real war to prevent any Web War from
