Abstract
Character in the everyday world, the world of business and marketing management, or within the word of God is the same. This paper is an attempt to show that there is a direct correlation between the way a leader leads through words and deeds as an example of good character for those they lead. This correlation is shown by comparing a company’s leaders and managements character through Jesus and his great commission to the disciples.

He showed the disciples by leading by example, even when crucified on the cross he would not condemn the Lord.
