What does integrity mean? The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines integrity as the quality of being honest and fair; the state of being complete or whole. Having integrity does not mean doing the right thing when it is convenient to you or when someone is around. I fully resonate to Oprah Winfrey’s quote, “Real integrity is doing the right thing, knowing that nobody’s going to know whether you did it or not.” We must value our integrity and those whom trust us will value their trust and look for trust in others. While watching the “Pilot” episode of Prison Break it is not hard to see instances lacking of integrity, the show is littered in them.
