By doing this, students are asked to justify their thinking, convince the assessor why they are correct, and think critically about the problems given to them. St. Francis has a couple of assessments that they use, but they require training that I have not use completed. This assignment addresses Interpersonal Skills because it was a partner project and it took a lot of team work. It took some time and effort to collaborate with one another and get the assignment done on time. We needed to decide who would do what parts, who would edit the video, what time could we make the video, and what supplies could we provide to the video. I am proud of this assignment because all of our handwork paid off and the video turned out fabulous. Plus, although it was a lot of work, we enjoyed it and added our own style to it.
Everyone is looking for ways to get better and surveys seem to be the most expedient method leaders use to assess employees. Being able to utilize these tools allows leaders to look at a greater number of employees or potential employees. I have taken three surveys that will help identify my character strengths and weaknesses, as well as, my leadership strength and weaknesses.
