Do you think pop culture is dumbing us down or smattering us up? Pop culture takes us from learning important things. If we just focused on it, then how do we learn at school or other places. Also it keeps us from being active ,and people need at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. What happened to talking to friends or family. There are great ways to have fun without pop culture. We don’t have to get rid of it, but here are reasons why it can “hurt” people.
Can you focus when you’re listening to music and figuring out what x equals, or writing an argumentative essay. Some people can, for other people it distracts them. Sometimes they write what they are listening to. Does this make sense? “For example, we found right where we are”. Not just learning, but stuff we need to know. Wouldn’t you rather watch about the Kardashians, listen to your favorite artist, or stalk people on Instagram? If you’re to busy doing that when do you play soccer, practice gymnastics, play volley ball, etc. Exercise is good for you! Kids now days think somethings are exercise, when they aren’t, and use that as an excuse.
