A& B: Map and Coins He was a leader that was determined to expand his kingdom and his empire grew significantly. He also influenced future expansion. He was a great military leader. He wanted fame and was prideful, but he also respected Julius Caesar. There is a large amount of dark area in the map but there was also a great part of the light colored area. C: Augustus Augustus is a humble, good and peaceful ruler, who was trying to achieve Pax Romana by bringing all provinces and colonies together. He really cared about his He brought peace to the sea, Gaul, Spain and Germany. He gave out grains and money to men when taxes fell short. I don’t think this document is reliable as I may have been biased as he is writing about himself. Anybody would say nice things about themselves.
D: Soldier Augustus is a good leader; he brought peace and treated everyone equally. He brought prosperity. He changed laws, and agriculture was brought back. Augustus also didn’t have a desire for power but for empire and people (citizens). Augustus respected religion and each person had their own freedom. It is unreliable and he is under Augustus’s rule and he wouldn’t say anything about bad about his leader or he might get killed.

He was also a kind and good leader. Augustus didn’t let anyone call him a “Sire” even by accident. He also left and entered towns at night, so no one felt that they needed to give him special treatment. He also comforts his subjects when they are having problems. This document is reliable as he was born around the time of Octavian, just the generation after him. He is a not person of a different country that opposes him or a government official, so he might be informing his readers the real thing. He is not pressurized to right good things like the solider or Augustus
