C: Mrs. Mack (MHS) reported Jaheim Brown display physical and verbal aggression. A: At 9:58 PM Ms. Smalls (on call case coordinator) was notified by Mrs. Mack that Jaheim started throwing things around the home, refusing to comply with requests and refuse to communicate with Mrs. Mack. Mrs. Mack called law enforcement after Jaheim broke the bedroom closet door and other personal property in the bedroom.
Spoke to Vivian Ortiz (DOB 6/20/75) who stated that her juvenile son (16 years old), Elijah Perez (DOB 7/3/99), was being destructive and threw things around the house when she asked him to turn off the oven after he used it. Ortiz stated Perez had been diagnosed with intermittent explosive disorder and he had not been taking his medication or to his therapy. Ortiz also mentioned that she opened the case with DYFS to evaluate him and the case was still opened. Ortiz stated that Perez threw some baseball cards, laundry bin, trashes and made mess inside of the refrigerator. We weren’t able to speak with Perez as he walked out of the house prior to our arrival.
CCIB Intake received an anonymous complaint from a parent stating a teacher named Pam Morgan hit their son Yared Ortega on the head. The incident occurred last week. The complaint was on 9/21/16. According to the complainant the child only speaks Spanish and reported to his parents that Pam hit him. The child is currently afraid of Pam due to her physical behavior towards him.
June 12th 4:30 p.m. CSW Anderson arrived at the residence and met with Wayne Lowes (father), Joann Lowes (mother) and child, Wayne Lowes ( goes by Eddie) CSW Anderson advised the Lowes of the report received and Mr. Lowes permitted CSW Anderson to interview Eddie independently. Eddie stated two nights ago he was prolonging to wash the dishes and his father got mad at him; Eddie stated he has a smart mouth; Eddie stated his does not do things immediately because his father is demanding; Eddie stated he would get mouthy with his father; Eddie stated his father came into the kitchen pulled him by his hair; Eddie stated the two struggled and his father slapped him on his face three times; Eddie stated his father choked him for about 2 to 3 minutes; Eddie stated it was difficult for him to breathe; Eddie stated his mother interfered and the struggle ceased. Eddie stated he does not get along with his father; Eddie stated they often get into physical; Eddie stated he is not upset at his father; Eddie said he was not harmed from the struggle; Eddie stated he feel safe living with mother and
Jorge Felix Cairo Fuentes, advised he is the father of Yusel Cairo Ceballos, (Driver 1). Cairo Fuentes said he was called by Gabilla and told Yusel had been in a crash. Cairo Fuentes related Yusel worked for a lawn maintenance company, but did not know the name of the company. Cairo Fuentes said Yusel worked on Saturday from 0700-1800 hours. Cairo Fuentes said Yusel was very good about getting rest on the days he worked, but did not know what time he went to sleep Saturday night.

Not to mention it was not the first time the abused happened since her leg had been broken and partially healed at least twice (Charlotte parents sentenced to prison after imprint of hammer found in baby´s skull). Nobody should receive this type of abuse, specially a 10-month-old baby who could not have even defended herself. Many times, parents try to discipline their kids by spanking them. However, this was clearly not the case since a 10-month-old baby is not capable of even speaking or walking.
1. The key issue in this case is the well-being of Elijah. In the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 (NSW) s.9(1) states that “the safety, welfare and wellbeing of the child/young person are paramount.” This law is relevant to this case as clearly there are clearly some issues between Sophie and her son which is affecting the child.
On Tuesday 1-10-17 at approx. 11:30 AM, student Erin Turner came to the security office to report being struck by another classmate, Anthony Brown. Erin Turner a 4th grade student was interviewed on 1-10-17 at approx. 11:30 AM. Student Turner stated that on Monday 1-9-17 Anthony Brown slapped her on the face as they were returning to their classroom from lunch.
On 10/26/15 Ms. Calhoun visited Deven at the detention center where he’s being detained. The reporter stated when interviewing the child, she witnessed his right eye was swollen with a dark mark under it. According to the reporter, Deven wrote a detailed statement of grievance that gives a detail account of an altercation between him and Officer Kennedy on 10/23/15. In the detailed statement, Deven described the incident as follow: Deven states he asked Officer Kennedy if he could go to his room and was told to have a seat. Officer Cole gave Deven permission to go to his cell and as he waited at his cell door for it to be opened, Officer Kennedy told the child to have a seat.

On the next day Police Chief sent a letter to two hundred parents notifying them that Ray was suspected of child abuse. Judy Johnson's claimed that Ray’s mother, was also involved in these shameful practices.

The morning or 2-2-16, Laquez was washing clothes, and he used all of the detergent. The mother (Tyronda) threw a beer bottle and hit him on his right shoulder; his should is sore (no mark seen). Tyronda threatened him with a hammer and knife. She called the police, and the police went to remove Laquez for his protection. Tyronda verbally stated that she hope he got run over by a vehicle.
On April 4th, 1968, Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is shot and killed at the Lorraine Motel in Memphis, Tennessee. He was there in Memphis on the behalf of sanitation strikers as well as a peace march. There were many witnesses who account their version of the situation. One thing that is certain, they say it came from the some feet away. Police chased after car believed to be the culprit but it turned out not to be him.
