In fact, the pharmacy takes in prescriptions, transforms them, and produces outputs of medications. The pharmacy prospers if inputs transform to outputs at a rate and price that allows profit. However, the community inside the pharmacy influences the output (SUO, 2018) With this in mind, the idea of the community includes the employees’ job satisfaction (SUO, 2018). The employees’ opinions must be addressed to eliminate the negative environment and prevent situations that harm the business (SUO, 2018). If employees feel, “My job is so boring!”, this is an issue. The employees play major role in the product; they have direct contact with the speed, accuracy, and completeness of the product. Not to mention, they come into direct contact with the customers.
