Apollo pharmacy involves a dynamic team full of potential. However, due to recent survey, it revealed that employees struggled with job motivation. Employees mention lack of motivation to do their job. This discovery concerned management due to the relationship between job motivation and work performance. The work performance of one employee affects the organization of the whole. One employee can be detrimental to the organization. Furthermore, low job motivation can result in low product outcomes. A low product outcomes prevents the survival of the pharmacy in the market. Thus, it is extremely important to determine ways to make the team at Apollo Pharmacy the most effective and motivated. Without an effective team, the pharmacy lacks the cohesiveness to create a successful product.
The team assigned a project to create a successful output. The team commissioned to fulfill requests of every patient and prevent negative patients’ reviews. The goal of the team continues to remain to increase patient compliance and medication use. Furthermore, the project of the team remains to increase the number of patients at the pharmacy. Additionally, this team conveys to increase the medication review forms for each patient.

Additionally team members thrive upon personal charge of a part of the system. These two aspects promote autonomy which develops job motivation and satisfaction (SUO, 2018).
