Stereotypes are a huge concern at the workplace because it reduces production through the means of demeaning valued employees. Information regarding how stereotype threat is the major source behind job negative attitudes. This book helps with essay in particular the case study it will help the manager with strategies and ways to decrease negative attitudes in the workplace. Moreover, avoid the creation of stereotype groups that disengage strong workers. It is clear that effects of stereotype are a threat to workplace environments and industrial organizational psychology is a major source to identify and decrease its existence in the workplace.
