Overall, the book is a great read, even for those who do not enjoy

Ryan wants to play football but Ryan’s mom wants him to keep playing soccer. Ryan’s never met his father and when Ryan’s father had passed away he had left Ryan the Dallas Cowboy’s. The Pact The book that I read over the summer is called The Pact and the author is Sampson Davis, George Jenkins, and Rameck Hunt. The book is very good in my opinion and this book is mostly about a group of boys and the how their lives changed throughout the story. The boys names are Rameck, George, and Sam they are very good friends throughout the book. They all had problems either with their families like no dads or smoking problems and they had problems with their friends like hurting people or drinking/smoking.
Which in my opinion makes it more interesting. These are some of the reasons why I like the book and reasons why you should read the book sometime in the
A book that I have enjoyed reading for the past month was, Best of The Best by Tim Green. This book consists of 262 pages of thrilling detective work and amazing baseball. The book’s main idea is about a boy who has just won the state championship and is going on to the Little League World Series. The main character of this book is Josh, he has a chance to play in the Little League World Series because of his outstanding baseball ability. The setting of this book is mainly out on the baseball field where Josh can forget about his worries.
Always being a fan of sports book, I decided to test the waters and read a fiction novel. Luckily it was a great surprise! Maurice Anderson a young fourteen year old boy has been at progress which is a juvenile facility for 22 months, he has made vast improvements, but is still stuck at progress and is itching to get out. Maurice who goes by
The Natural The novel The Natural by Bernard Malamud takes place in two major places Chicago and New York. These places are where Roy Hobbs tries his part in the world of baseball. This is made difficult through the struggle of love, hard decisions, and betrayal with the characters Bump, Memo, Harriet, Iris, Gus, and the Judge. In my opinion, The Natural was a great book that had characters and struggles that made it feel relatable.
The book has many characters with very different personalities. The book has unexpected twists and turns throughout it. The novel involves kidnappers, a dragon and (of course) the 5 children from Miami that know nothing about what they’re getting into. This book started out as, a fairly normal story.
This novel was an attempted read and I wish I could 've finished it, but I got distracted with the absence of a plot near the middle of the novel.
but there were just certain parts where I didn't understand what exactly the storyline was heading. The author had written the story in such a way that it felt as if I was reading something that was actually written in that time frame. Many novels
The Boy Who Saved Baseball by John H. Ritter has many unique characters that are all connected with the game of baseball. Tom Gallagher is a just a regular boy who likes to play baseball. He is the one telling the story to us about his baseball team. He makes unlikely friends with different types of people and goes on a lot of adventures.
This book was interesting for me because it allowed me to relate to a character. I love reading novels that not only allow me to feel a connection with a character, but allow me to relate to their personality or
There are parts of every good book that the readers do and do not enjoy. What I enjoyed about the book the most was the changes of perspective between and during chapters. It was nice to hear about what the main characters thought about each other's actions. I also enjoyed the plot of the story where the characters develop feelings for one another even though it didn’t end happily ever after. My favorite chapter of the book was when Eleanor and Park ran away to get Eleanor to safety because it shows how much he cares about Eleanor and it shows how much trust Eleanor puts into Park (Rowell 287-312).
This quarter I read the realistic fiction book, The Batboy by Mike Lupica. This book is a story about a 14 year old boy named Brian Dudley. Son of a former pitcher and an avid baseball fan, Brian gets his dream summer job: the bat boy for his favorite team the Detroit Tigers. When it seems like his summer cannot get any better, his all-time favorite player Hank Bishop is signed to the team. At the beginning, Hank is cold and yells at Brian a lot, but in the end they become friends.
Emotions are part of everyday life and they have different meanings to different people. They were first studied by Charles Darwin in 1872, he suggested that emotions developed and adapted over time. He wanted to prove that humans and animals had the same emotions so he observed not only their facial expressions, but also their behavior. Charles Darwin and ,a physician, Guillaunme-Benjamin- Amand Duchenne concluded that face expressions worked together to show a few emotions.
