For example, the murder of Steven Tuomi who was killed on November 27, 1987. Jeffrey was working as a cook in a small restaurant just across the street from a club. His shift ended at six-thirty in the morning, at the same time the men from the club were starting to mingle outside the club, as it had just closed. Jeffrey had talked to Tuomi and they agreed to go to the Ambassadors Hotel and continue to drink. Passing out, and later in the day waking up, he had make a ghastly discovery. Christopher Scarver was the prime suspect, as he was the third inmate who was cleaning with Dahmer and Andrews. Scarver was imprisoned for an execution style murder during a robbery in 1990.
