Born on May 21, 1960, Jeffrey Dahmer was an American sex offender, cannibal and commonly known as a serial killer. He was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin by Joyce Dahmer and Lionel. According to sources, Jeffrey was a happy and energetic child until he was 4 years when he underwent a surgery that aimed at correcting a double hernia, which affect him afterwards (McEvoy C., (2023). Noticeably different, Jeffrey started becoming more withdrawn following his family frequently movements and the birth of his younger brother. His first killing was when he was 18 years old. According to reports, during that time, Jeffrey was left alone at home due to unfolding divorce from his parents. He seized the opportunity to attack Steven Hicks, a hitchhiker by asking him to take him back home and offer a drink (McEvoy C., (2023). When Steve was leaving, Jeffry hit him at the back of his head and then, dismembered the body and buried the remains at the back of his home. Years letter he begun to lure his victims to hotels or home with sex or money promises and then drugged, raped and strangled then to death. He also continued to have sexual conduct with the corpses, photographed the dismemberment process and kept the body remains or part as a Souvenirs. According to sources, Jeffrey has an organized way of selecting his victims (McEvoy C., (2023). He aimed at weakest people in the society such as prostitutes and borderline criminals, whose disappearance would be less noticeable. After several arrest and discharged, he later arrested and charged with fifteen murder counts including other cruel criminal activities.
