In a time in European history, there was an era from the 5th to the 15th century known as the Middle Ages. The Middle Ages can often be referred to as the “Medieval period”, where buildings looked gloomy as they were made from gray cobblestone, and mankind was still in any idea of innovation, as they had no inspiration. Then during the 14th century, philosophy, art, and music were made exclusive, and became to some degree inspirational. Little did anyone know that was the beginning of a new era known as the Renaissance. Which was slowly but surely building a bridge which would lead the Middle Ages to the Modern Era.
The Renaissance was a rebirth of ancient Greek and Roman culture. There was a renewed interested in classical texts. Key ideas influenced art, architecture, and new inventions. There was a renewed interest in Greek and Roman texts during the Renaissance. The first book was printed in Mainz, Germany in 1455.
Martin Luther was known as a reformer who actions were known to the Church leaders as defiant vandalism. He needed something to spread his preaching across Europe and Gutenberg’s invention did just that. In two weeks the 95 theses written was known throughout Germany and in a month spread across the entire Europe. (Doc. B) The printing press helped Martin Luther’s writings attract attention which resulted into people changing their religious choices.

The Renaissance was a period of rediscovery of ancient Greek and Roman cultures. It was made possible by the invention of man named Gutenberg who created a machine were letters can be printed on paper, in a very efficient way and volumes. Books were printed in quantities that spread the recollection of knowledge very fast, both as it related to religion and to cultural knowledge. The most important consequence of the printing press was the spread of cultural knowledge because there was an enormous amount of cultural information to be spread, religious information was already disseminated quite well, and new information that available through the new invention gave way to the advancement of science, geography, philosophy, mathematics, etc.

In this time period with your enemies your suppose to be tough and with others be cool, and everyone needed to be good at writing, latin and greek, poetry, speaking and history. As it says in (Document 1). The ideas that have given civilization the drive to rise from a period where the fallow of social, cultural, economical regression.
When translated to english the French word renaissance means rebirth. This is a perfect description of the event. The Renaissance was a time of rebirth for people between the 1300s and the 1600s, in Florence, Italy. A time of education and self discovery. The Renaissance served as a transitional time between the Middle Ages and the Modern Age.
From the fifteenth century to the seventeenth centuries society experienced a shift from the Middle Ages to the Renaissance. During this time Europe underwent many significant changes that were often expressed through the historical art. Passionate and experienced artists used their skills to create masterpieces that would highlighted these changes and led to the success of their careers. During this shift Medieval point of views began to fade away and a new Era full of new perspectives began to form. The Renaissance was known by many as the rebirth of the humanist culture.
The Renaissance reached to an end in the late sixteenth mid seventeenth century. The churches loss a lot of power and grasp of feeling of independence, human expression and investigation led to envy, treason, murder, violence and theft. But than again the Renaissance were the ones that painted the way to a lot of achievements and inventions in a lot of different areas of culture, society, science, religion and modern day life. A lot more advances were proficient during this era that kept on being increased in value, considered and developed in modern day. The Renaissance had a huge influenced on the establishment America was based on and keeps on effecting how American culture and society exist today.
The Renaissance was a period in time where everything started to change after the middle ages. During this historical period humans stared evolving by becoming smarter and inventing useful recourses that have changed the world. The renaissance was a life changing period which brought more joy to the world after conquering the dark ages. The Renaissance changed man’s view on the world by using Art, Science and Literature to make humans brighter and because of the rapid information they were gaining. Art during the Renaissance grew rapidly because of Leonardo Da Vici, and Michelangelo who changed the way people painted and drew by creating strategies which made art more interesting.
The Renaissance is commonly known as a period of rebirth. New ways of thinking and acting were rapidly evolving. It was a time of great challenges and discoveries for the individual. People could share ideas, objects, and skills in so many ways that changed the whole outlook of humanity. For a while, the church told the people what they wanted them to believe.
