John Wayne Gacy was an American serial killer and sex offender who sexually assaulted, tortured, and murdered at least 33 young men and boys in Norwood Park Township, Illinois. On March 22, 1978, John Wanye Gacy confessed to police to killing over two dozen boys and young men and burying their bodies under his home.
