Countless people have committed murders, all around the world. Some are attempts, and some lead to actual deaths. Most gain time in jail, but some receive the death penalty. Why? By reason of innocents dead by the hands of another. It’s traumatizing to notice how cruel and twisted some people are, but to identify a great deal of them are simply sent to jail instead of the death penalty is sickening. For instance, if we take Andre Crawford as an example, he killed eleven women by luring them into abandoned buildings, then strangling, pulsating or stabbing them. After his victims lay almost dead, he raped them. Abused as a child physically and mentally by his father, possibly goad by abuse is what led him to turn demented. As he grew up, he went to jail for supposedly killing an innocent, but obtained released. Between the people and the police, this should have been a foreboding! Only after he amplified the killings by 32 more innocents, was he sentenced to death row. This is an abomination! The lives of 32 men taken as a result of the police didn’t find him guilty during his first murder. Thirty two young men fell for his pitfall. How innumerable innocents will suffer death before serious actions are in play?! Not only did he kill his victims, but he also raped them before their death. Furthermore on why harsher punishments need to take into place, considering John Wayne Gacy obviously didn’t learn from his first killing and showed no remorse. This led to the death of 32 others. Countless say a life for a life, and personally, my belief is that, that statement is false, but a life for seventeen lives, that’s when myself as a human being agrees. People will feel obligated to pay for Nikolas’s food that he eats if he just simply lives in jail, it’s lavish. Innocents died, and the residual people were injured, and countless were and still are scarred,the memories are irreparable, all by cause of this one boy whose reason is simply wanting to.
