Charisma could be the very reason why so many leaders are effective in their field.Some may think it was because of their connections or money but ultimately the reason they have connections is because of their ability to persuade others to help them.Many effective leaders were very charismatic which helped them persuade others to help them and helped them gain the favor from others; those without it would typically fail in fulfilling their role as a leader. Mark Antony with just a few words reminded the people of how virtuous Caesar was. She used her apparent unmatched beauty to help her achieve her goals. She became coregent with her father and later with her 2 brothers when her dad died. Clepatra and her eldest brother fought over the throne and Cleopatra was kicked out of Egypt in 49 BC. She snuck into Julius Caesar's chambers and asked for his support. Caesar pushed Ptolemy, Cleopatra’s brother, out of Alexandria then he gave the throne back to Cleopatra. She had an affair with him and her first son,Ptolemy XV Caesar, was believed to be fathered by Caesar. When both of her brothers died she became a pharaoh with her son. She helped the Romans when a conflict had risen because of Caesar's death. Both sides of the conflict were asking for her help, Caesar’s assassins,Cassius and Brutus, and his supporters, Mark Antony and Augustus were both desperate. In the end she chose to help Caesar’s supporters.After the war had ended she was summoned by Mark Antony “to explain the role she had played in the complicated aftermath of Caesar’s assassination”. They must have wanted to see why it had taken her a long time to send troops stationed at Egypt by Caesar to their aid. She went to meet with Mark Antony and was told to have arrived in an elaborate ship and clothing. In 1935 Hitler told to build thousands of warplanes which “ restarted the conscription process in Germany and built up Germany's air force and navy” he had started to regrow an army that Germany was no longer allowed to have due to previous events. “The Treaty of Versailles said Germany had to pay 6.6 billion pounds over 66 years to help pay for damages caused by the war.” . Germany invaded another country which was in clear violation of the treaty and he had also made an alliance with Austria, “creating a larger nation” he had tried to spread his influence and temporarily did so. It wasn't until Hitler signed a treaty with the Soviet Union, a little after the annexation of Poland, when the British and French declared war.” Forcefully took control of most of Europe for 6 years, except Switzerland which was an extremely neutral country.
