When I think of a leader I think of someone in a high position of an authority like the president, a founder of an organization, people in the senate, and people who step up to a challenge to better any situation. Values are the most important qualities in a leader because without values, morals, and goals, there is no direction or focus. If values are the most important qualities of being a leader, then what are values of a leader? A leader’s values must include respect, integrity, wisdom, courage, and the determination to make a difference. Someone who exemplifies all of these qualities is Martin Luther King Jr.

The painting called Caesar Victorious and Shakespeare's representation of Caesar represent two different points of view when talking about Caesar. One image sees Caesar as pure and above all and the other sees Caesar as hungry for power and desperate for any social mobility. Shakespeare clearly portrays Caesar as hungry for power. When offered the crown to become the leader, Caesar refused it without hesitation.
