In the book/movie Jumanji, there was some frightening events. From the game to your life you wont know if you are gonna get stuck in the game or not. Expectations could never be higher than it was in that book/movie. They both have a lot of difference one had mosquitoes and the other did not. But they also have a lot of a likes for example, they both had the lion laying on the piano. There are is a tone to this I would say frightening because they are risking their lives because they started to play the game. First, in the movie there was a lion sitting on the piano it tried to attack the kids and a man showed up out of nowhere and started to fight it. This was really terrifying for them, they could have lost their life. Second, all a sudden the ground shook they freaked out and tried to hurry and finish the game. First, there was a lion sitting on the piano, then it started to chase them so the little boy ran and hid under a bed and the lion stuck his head under and got stuck the boy was safe. Next, the house shook and they new what it was it was a terrifying volcano. Finally, the walls started to rumble and the ground started to shake there was a herd of rhinos running through the hallway. In the book/movie they are different in many way but not a hole lot. First, the movie has mosquitoes and the mosquitoes were chasing them they could have killed you if you got bit by one. Second, in the movie the guy made up a shoe for the little boy and it got stuck in the machine and it could have caused a fire. Finally, in the movie the little boy found that case at first he didn't know what it was and what if a snake came out of that you would probably be running.
