The mind determines our way of interaction; Introverted people generally prefer solitary activities and might need breaks after being in a group for too long, as being with other people for longer periods of time can be exhausting to them. They are also often times more sensitive to external stimuli, e.g. sounds, sights, and smells. Extroverted individuals on the other hand are more enthusiastic and easily excited. For them social interaction is energy-providing instead of draining. They draw their power from being with others. Energy shows our view of the world and how we process information; An Observant person is very pragmatic and down to earth. They rely a lot on their habits and focus on the present and the past.
