Michael Moore got his point across that he wants less crime and these outrageous acts to come to a halt in the USA. The USA has one of the highest gun crime rates in the whole world, proving his point that this topic needs to be talked more about. Michael Moore wants these stories highlighted on the news and other networks instead of other stories being put above gun violence. Shots were fired at the Columbine school, causing an immediate panic. Kids were running, gunfire was being let out, and teachers called 911 in an attempt to save their lives. The way he puts real-life 911 calls from the parent's side, worried for their children. The teachers and the kids inside the school are in pure fear for their lives and others well being. The raw emotion Michael Moore puts into this documentary connects on a level that appeals to all audiences, including audiences attempting to prove something wrong. Throughout the documentary, Michael Moore is constantly on the lookout for answers to why these cruel, horrible things are happening across the USA more than anywhere else. There’s one thing to blame “guns”: Michael Moore is proving that guns are the reason why the number of deaths has risen over past years. Even though guns are to be for protection and are to be used in case something horrible is about to happen to you, you can use the weapon to defend yourself. Michael Moore does a great job proving his point about how it has not done much protecting and has instead done quite actually the opposite.
