The hotel's back-of-house is in a bad condition such as poor air ventilation, out of order insect repellents in the kitchen and eat in a dingy cafeteria in the basement of the hotel.
Other than that, the hotel is seriously and constantly understaffed due to the high turnover rate,and many staffs find out that they have been promoted to vacated positions without being given a commensurate level of pay.Many staff do multiple jobs and work in other hotels in different positions.There is also an issue with a lack of training, due partly to the absence of a training manager.

HR task is to control the records about salary, bonuses and attachments of earnings.This creates a disconnect that lead the payroll run late or employees to receive the wrong amount of salary. So, to maintain the morale and prevent paying problems, the Human Resource should use a devoted payroll solution that compound directly with the HR software and account system.
Next, it would be the Employee queries.HR department should provides the combination between the staff and the hotel. It means that when there are an employment issues that related to work, HR department is the first enquiry.To deal with queries on pay, performance management and perks on a regular basis is routine, but it is also very moderate, particularly when data is not ready.
After that, it would be the Employee Stress.By the reduce of staff, it makes employees to have more stress because they need to take up the responsible on a lot of work and complete them in a good performance. The increased stress lowers morale and employee job satisfaction, it takes a toll on an employee’s mental and physical health.
