In this weeks reading in Keller, I learned that integrity is of the utmost importance in the work place. In chapter eleven there is a example of a man sacrificing integrity for more wages at a new company he is interviewing at. In the example, Howard (the man who received the interview) lies about his yearly amount he makes at his current job so that the new company he is interviewing for will offer more money than he makes right now. His justification for the lie was that at his current job he has two more weeks vacation. He added the pay he would get from those two weeks into the salary and he told the new company that amount instead of the real one.
