May be verbal (e.g., threatening), physical (e.g., hitting), or relational (e.g., exclusion). Bullying- Commonly occurring adolescent stressor that negatively impacts young people’s mental health, physical health, and educational outcomes. It is associated with low popularity, low social acceptance, and low social behavior Self-Enhancing Humor- ability to maintain a humorous perspective in the face of stress and adversity.
