”Racial prejudice, antisemitism, or hatred of anyone with different beliefs than you, has no place in the human heart or mind.” This quote is from Billy Graham, said in an interview. Any type of hatred aimed towards someone with different beliefs than you is a crime. Racism, prejudice, and antisemitism is difficult to combat. If we help a victim of discrimination by standing up for them, we can help diminish these things slowly. But only if we step up and speak up, will we see a change. If we all come together to stop bullying we can help impact the world for the better. If we all stand up to those who discriminate others, we can even save some lives from suicide, genocide, anything that can potentially harm someone. November 9, 1938 marks Kristallnacht, also known as the night of broken glass. Nazis attacked Jewish businesses and religious sites around Germany. Over a thousand stores and important Jewish landmarks were destroyed, over 30,000 men were sent to concentration camps, and some women were even sent to jail. As a nation we can combat the growing tide of racism, prejudice, and antisemitism. Together, we can enforce the laws we currently have when someone is being racist, prejudice, or antisemitism. ”Law VII prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, gender or nation origin.: is stated by congress in many books on federal laws. Law VII, will prevent racism, prejudice, and antisemitism all at once. The only thing is, it is almost never enforced, but if someone is taken in, they are never prosecuted. Enforcing that law and many others can help combat discrimination. Getting people to just to enforce one little law can potentially save people from being discriminated and feeling
