1. One of the L3ADERS honor code that I feel that I embody with exemplary skills is being Collaborative. I enjoy the presence and the company of other people, while working with the leadership team I find myself in a comfortable setting that allows me to express myself to the fullest extent. A situation that occurred during my role as a L3ADER that demonstrates my collaborative abilities was throughout the last rotation. During this rotation I had the role of Quality Management Coordinator that required me to work with 7 departments across Hoag Irvine and Hoag Newport, while working with these departments I found myself communicating with different department coordinators, assistant directors and directors to fulfill and organize specific departments and optimize efficiency in the transition between rotations.
A clear example that I would like to present that demonstrates my abilities at being collaborative was during the transition of the department coordinator of telemetry Irvine. As the short time I was interim for telemetry Irvine, I grew significantly and the role allowed me to understand the role as L3EADERS to a better extent. One lasting this I would like to contribute to this program is a efficient and organized system that would allow the program to look more professional moving forward towards the future . A few items I have noticed during my time as L3EADER is outdates binders, missing photo rosters, and confusion with the trackers. Working as a L3ADER I would love to clean up and set up a running system that would allow future scholars to transition smoothly into and out of departments. As I run for the position of ADD 1, I seek to create a easy- going system that would relieve stress from L3ADERS and allow new scholars to be worry free when entering this new and exciting environment in POD
