Should people be living together as one human race? Yes they should. That still

does not mean they can . Individuals can not live together as “one human race” because

they can not overlook race, they can not overlook religion, and they can not overlook the

conflicts they have caused each other. It is important to think about what our world can

be and what we want it to be, but also not to forget what our world is and what we can’t

change.

LaDainian Tomlinson’s Hall of Fame speech for example is very unique in the way

that he explained how his great great great grandfather George was brought to America

in chains from west Africa on a slave ship. His life was stolen from him and turned into

What about the Native americans that were told they were wrong, and forced to follow a

religion they did not believe in? If they disagree on religions and god I don’t know who to pray to.

Lastly humans can not live together as “one race” because they have caused each

other too much conflict. For example why was the civil war fought? To keep america

together. President Lincoln decided that the only way to keep the nation together was to

free the slaves with the Emancipation Proclamation. In his now famous Gettysburg

speech Lincoln explains how the civil war is testing the nation on how long they can

endure the war and stay united. The American civil war lasted four years. Many people

died from the confederate side, and many people died from the union’s side. Imagine

the total number of people that died in all the war’s there have been.

In conclusion as much as I would like to see the world get along as one, it is not

something I believe I will ever see happen in my lifetime. If they ever do end up living

together I do not believe they will be living in harmony. I leave you here to decide

what to do in this
