Introduction: Chapter one of Law in America, author was viewing that everything has a law and must follow the law. author’s example was the newspaper and police officer’s. the law is the only one that people have, commonly separate their idea and the responsibility of the country. Without law people would, solve the people with their idea of vision. The regulation, they must follow what the law says, and to be fair and equal to all the people. Also, author defines the rule, “law is, above all, collective action: action through and by a government”. Rules in countries law; however, the countries law was translating and apply to their rules in dissimilar ways then Britain law. Example, death penalty certain states prefers others not. Example, doctors must treat the people same way as they team and cannot practice his or her own idea. Socially, people have variance thinking and difference view of their practice of decision making, but all social work they are doing is a base of their country rule of law, and to follow the way to behave and habits as the law says. World have rule of law, however countries that have same ancestry are too close to the way of their law orders and the way of directing others. longtime people used to travel and explore new places, that people may not come back to their country.
