I have leadership skills that are portrayed at school, at church and at after school activities. I also should be in it because of my strong character and how I can work in a team. I have never gotten a MRI or an ODR, always thinking about helping others and cheering them up. Also I try to be a good influence on everyone by behaving and being gentle. Also, I like helping my team and treating everyone equally.
I believe that I have been academically successful throughout my high school years. However, this success did not come naturally to me, it is something I had to work hard to achieve. Over many school years, I have worked to maintain high-grade marks and test scores. At Nicolet, I have maintained a 3.8 GPA in honors and accelerated placement classes. I am very proud of the academic accomplishments I have achieved through challenging myself with difficult courses and balancing my extracurricular activities.
In my current classes, I am enrolled in Advanced Math, and Advanced ELA. Even though I sometimes face challenges, I continue to persevere. I received the President’s Education Award, and High Honor Roll for the first and second marking periods this year. My poster for the Clean Communities
My robotics team and myself had to work together to create a robot that would complete tasks specified by the First Tech Challenge. We had to work together to decide what we wanted to achieve, and create a design to accomplish those goals. In particular, I worked a lot with the other programmer on our team because we were both new to the process and had to teach each other, as well as ourselves, many aspects of programming. This helps to prove that I am able to work well with others, listening to what they have to say as well as sharing my own thoughts and ideas. I believe that a good leader is able to work with others as well as work alone.

Within each of us there is a light that drives us, fuels us, and connects us to the world. There has always been a drumming in my heart, pushing me toward releasing my light into the world. For years I lived in fear; attached to the belief that I was not enough, forcing my light to hide inside. When I began working in the non-profit sector I saw a similar light in the youth that I was facilitating. I began to build curriculum and programing to cultivate this light inside each of them.
Teaching at Palm Beach Atlantic University in a comprehensive christian atmosphere allow ones to integrate christian values and ideas into education giving the chance to share the love of Jesus Christ with students who may need spiritual guidance and leadership. One wonderful aspect of teaching in a Christian school is that God’s word is taught. As students pursue the study of pharmaceutical science in a Christian setting, their aim is not only to have a career in pharmacy science but also to chase after the knowledge of God and Jesus Christ. Therefore, it is expected as an instructor at a christian institute to plant God's word in the hearts and minds of the students. And I strongly believe that An education that uses God’s word as its foundation produces spiritually-mature, wiser and more knowledgeable Pharmacy students.
However, having excelled in these classes, I felt that it wasn't enough to satisfy my success. Junior year, I really wanted to challenge myself. I doubled up on math with AP statistics and pre-calculus honors, along with taking two extra social science classes conjointly with my AP US history class. I was integrating multiple courses in math, science, and social studies in the hopes that I find something that can engage me for the rest of my life. And although it had been one of the toughest and most stressful years of school I have ever had, but I felt that I was more enlightened than I ever was
When I was five years old I made the groundbreaking decision that, when I grew up, I was going to be a princess. By the time I turned seven, I had become somewhat aware of the fact that “princess” wasn’t the greatest job title. So after about a month of grieving for my lost dream of castles and poofy dresses, I began exploring other options. Unfortunately for me, nothing else from astronaut to president seemed to fit to well. And it wasn’t until I reached the wise age of twelve that I finally thought to myself, why not be a leader?
Growing up, my family has instilled a value of helping others in me. My family has always gone out of their way to help and support others. There were countless times when I saw my parents come home from a long day at work, and yet if they knew that one of the neighbors was sick or lonely, they would put together a meal for them. Seeing my parents selflessly sacrifice their scarce leisure time for the sake of those who are in need has taught me to value the trust that others are putting in me when they are asking me for help. I grew up in a Catholic family where religion and faith is essential.
The term achievement refers to a desire to perform well, to accomplish something especially by superior ability, effort, and great courage to obtain a goal. At the beginning of this semester all my classmates, their goal was to pass this class, but not all of them are going to achieve, some of them are going to drop the class or fail. Some people achieve more than others. The reason for the contrast in the achievement of the person is different personalities, socio cultural context, and how highly motivated spur on to do better. During life span, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, and late adulthood, we find difficult events in life that prevent us to achieve our goals.
Individual Reflective Paper Introduction Leadership, a controversial concept, has been studied for centuries. Scholars who study leadership have argued with the insight of leadership for many decades and finally promote a wide range of understandings of it. This course “values and leadership” introduces the basic principles and concepts about leadership, and provides us with some conceptual knowledge and practical approaches to be an outstanding leaders.
