The start of 2018 is the right time for single women to overcome the stigma surrounding single-blessedness, writes Lea Rose Emery for Bustle.
Emery adds that it was scientifically proven in 2017 that women actually enjoy being single more than men.
She cites Dr. Ramani Durvasula, author of "Should I Stay or Should I Go: Surviving a Relationship with a Narcissist," who states that for some people, being single is better than being in a relationship.

6. Single women can use money to give themselves treats.

7. Being single is a good time to explore one's sexuality.
This may take a bold approach for the women, but Emery also cautions against risque activities and to "keep it
