Dear Prince Escalus, As you know Capulets daughter Juliet and Montagues son Romeo have ended their own lives. I decided to write this letter to try and clear some things that may have been left unexplained. I will help you understand what happened, where it happened and why it happened and lastly whos to blame for this disaster. Firstly, I want to confess my involvement in this tragedy, or else I wouldn’t be able to live with myself. I just wanted to help Juliet and Romeo be happy together, but my plan was too crazy to execute. I gave Juliet a sleeping potion that would make her look dead for twenty-four hours, so she would be able to be buried in the Capulet tomb. Then I would meet Romeo who snuck out of his exile at the tomb to open it and reunite them; But Capulet moved the wedding forward a day, making Juliet have to take the potion earlier than expected. First was Lady Capulet, she was the one who didn’t listen to Juliet when she was in a dark place. She started saying she didnt care about Juliet, and even that she wouldn’t care if she killed herself. She put Juliet in a state of depression with her ruthless words. But she was not the worst of it, Capulet was the one who moved the wedding up and also was the one who was forcing her to marry Paris. But, probably the most important thing he did to cause the tragedy was exiling Romeo, this set Juliet off into a state of misery and caused her to have a bad head space. Capulet then started to ramble about how Juliet is ungrateful, stupid, and disobedient, and even threatned to slap her if she didnt follow his orders. At this point Juliet was already thinking about ending herself, but once she found Romeo dead beside her after she had awakened, her depression, anger, and misery pushed her to follow the same fate as
